Conference Fees

50th Anniversary Scientific Meeting registration is $595.
Special Saturday Only Registration is $425.
Conference fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunches, refreshment breaks, and Friday evening cocktail reception.

Tickets to the Saturday night dinner are $125 per person. Last day to buy dinner tickets is Friday, January 27.

Cancellation Policy

Conference tuition, less $100 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is received on or before January 2, 2012.
Cancellations received on or after January 3, 2012 will not be refunded.

Accreditation

The University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation

The University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
